Grimacing from upon on a mayoral house statue base, THE PENGUIN™ is our first silicone skin art mask. Customize the display with a variety of different accessory combinations including his cigarette holder and cravat.
The Exclusive Edition is super limited at only 100 pieces and comes with a mini replica of the villain’s duck boat that famously lifted him above the sewers of GOTHAM CITY™ to his new station as Mayor.
